freckles

​Hi! I'm Fleah (with an H)...the dog that lives here and this is my monthly blog.  Thanks for reading =)

​There’s something you probably don’t know about me, but you should. I’m obsessed with freckles. That’s freckles with a lower case f. As you know, we have a goat named Freckles and she is my favorite. That’s because she has freckles! I LOVE freckles. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I always thought my goat Freckles was the only creature on earth with freckles. That was until a little girl showed up on my farm from Colorado. This kid had the most amazing freckles all over her face. Her name was Brooklyn. I called her Freckle Face. She wanted to take me home with her =) I asked her how she grew all her freckles and she said, “Fleah, they’re from the sun. All you have to do is let the sun hit your face.”
 
So that’s what I did. I laid out on our deck in the direct sun day after day after day. Nothing. Not a single freckle! So I asked my mom Kriss, why aren’t I growing freckles on my face? My mom Kriss said “Fleah, you are beautiful just the way you are, and every creature is different. She has freckles, you have paws, and that’s what makes you unique.” I guess she’s right. After all, everyone who comes to Gooserosa thinks I’m pretty awesome.
